Refund & Return Policy

No returns on personalized items can be accepted unless an error was made on the part of Starbox Gifts. Please make sure that your order is clear with no typos and special instructions before submitting it. If Starbox Gifts is at fault, we will remedy the situation immediately, and ship out the correct item purchased with the correct spelling.

No returns on Gift Box contents. No returns on seasonal items. 

All non-personalized items can be returned up to 30 days after the purchase. A store credit will be issued once the item has been securely returned to
