Returns on Non-Personalized Items
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-personalized items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags and original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important Non-Refundable Items
Personalized items cannot be returned unless Starbox Gifts is at fault.
Every personalized piece is custom-made, so please review spelling and instructions carefully before submitting.

If your return is approved for a non-personalized item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
Refunds are processed immediately upon approval, though your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
