Ordering & Personalization

1) How long does personalization take? Will my gift arrive on time?

Our Promise: Standard personalization takes 3–5 business days. You’ll see estimated delivery dates at checkout. If you need it sooner, contact us about rush order options.

2) Are personalization options (stitching/engraving) included in the price?

Yes—always. The price you see includes the primary personalization option (for example, one line of stitching or engraving).

3) Can I mix and match items to create my own custom gift box?

Absolutely! We offer curated collections, and we can also help you build something unique. For bulk orders or special item combinations, please reach out via our Contact page.

4) What if I make a typo when entering the name or date?

Since our machines print exactly what you type, please double-check before submitting. If you notice a typo within 2 hours of ordering, contact us immediately (chat or email) and we’ll try to correct it.

5) Can I include a personalized gift message or a card in the box?

Yes. Add a complimentary hand-written-style gift message at checkout so your gift is ready to present the moment they open the shipping box.

Quality & Materials

1) How do I know the finished product will look professional and high-quality?

Guaranteed Perfection: We use industrial-grade machinery and premium, unravel-proof thread. Every order is reviewed for placement and quality before it ships.

2) Where are your products sourced, and are they high quality?

We hand-select useful, durable, and trendy products. Embroidery and engraving are completed by our family-sized team in New Jersey to ensure careful oversight.

3) What types of personalization do you offer (fonts, colors, etc.)?

We offer modern and classic fonts, thread colors, and engraving styles. Available options are shown on each product page. If you have a special request, reach out before ordering.

4) Are the materials safe for babies and children?

Safety is our priority. Items in our New Baby and Kids collections meet high safety and quality standards. Specific details (like organic cotton) are listed on product pages.

5) Do you offer gift wrapping, or do I have to wrap the items myself?

We make presentation effortless with two options:

1. Gift Boxes: Curated Gift Boxes arrive in a premium magnetic-shut gift box at no extra charge.
2. Individual Items: Regular gifts are packaged neatly in tissue paper; optional paid wrapping is available at checkout.

Shipping, Returns & Large Orders

1) What is your return policy on personalized items?

Risk-Free Promise: We can’t accept returns on personalized items unless we made an error (typo or damage). If we’re at fault, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

2) What happens if my gift is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage (including the box). We’ll work quickly to replace the item and handle the carrier claim.

3) What is your refund policy? Do you offer cash refunds?

When a return is approved for a non-personalized item, you’ll receive a full refund back to your original payment method (credit card/debit card).

4) I need a gift for a corporate event. Can you handle large orders?

Definitely. We handle personalized bulk orders for corporate gifting, weddings, and special events. Visit our Contact page for a custom quote and timeline.

5) Where do you ship, and what is the cost?

We ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is FREE on orders over $79. Orders below that ship at a $3.99 flat rate.
