We know you need your personalized gift to arrive on time for that special occasion.

For custom items, shipping involves 2 steps: Personalization Time and Transit Time.

1. Personalization Time	3–5 Business Days	This is the time required for our team in New Jersey to process your order, custom-stitch, engrave, and package your gift to perfection.
2. Transit Time	Varies by Selection	This is the time it takes for the courier (USPS/UPS/etc.) to deliver the package to your door, after the personalization is complete.

Where We Ship: We proudly ship our personalized gifts everywhere in the US.

 

Tracking & Delivery Details

Tracking: You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as your personalized gift leaves our facility.

Missing or Damaged Items: If your gift arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and work quickly to ensure you receive a replacement. Returns & Exchanges.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS.

Outside the U.S.: We do not currently ship outside the United States.
