Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:
- Defective or damaged
- Personalized wrong
- The wrong item was received
If Starbox Gifts is at fault, we will remedy the situation immediately and ship out the replacement item to you.
Returns on Non-Personalized Items
We have a 30-day return policy on all non-personalized items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- With the receipt or proof of purchase
Important Non-Refundable Items
Because every personalized item is custom-made for your recipient, returns on personalized items cannot be accepted unless an error was made on the part of Starbox Gifts.
To avoid delays or errors, please make sure your order is clear (no typos) and includes any special instructions before submitting it.
We also cannot accept:
- Returns on Gift Box contents
- Returns on seasonal items

Receive Your Label
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, plus instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ship to the Provided Address
Returns must be sent to the address supplied by Starbox Gifts and included with your return shipping label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Our Refund Process: Full refund to original payment method
When a return is approved for a non-personalized item, you will receive a full refund by way of your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. The refund will be processed immediately upon approval.
